• He is a certified appraiser of plants and equipment at the Chamber of Appraisers and Judicial Experts of Montenegro.
• He holds a degree in mechanical engineering, specializing in automotive engineering, from the Military Technical Academy.
• He is a member of the Commission of the Chamber of Appraisers and Judicial Experts of Montenegro for assessing the access papers of candidates in the certification process for the title of Certified Appraiser of plants and equipment.
• He has served as the Acting Director General of the Directorate for Logistics at the Ministry of Defense of Montenegro for several years.
• He obtained a master’s degree in 2012 from the University of Montenegro in the field of implementing the NATO codification system in Montenegro, and then completed further training at the Command and General Staff College in Kansas, USA, in 2015.
• Throughout his career, he has attended numerous courses in the fields of security, logistics, procurement, standardization, and codification.
